Function Description
Additive Industries, 55-60 FTE, is looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to manage our company and ensure proper control and continuous improvements, an up-to-date and tightly organized finance function is essential. The Finance Manager is the right hand of the CEO and responsible for the management, coaching and further professionalization of our Finance & Administration team consisting of an Administrator, Buyer and Order Fulfillment Manager. The Finance Manager is responsible for all internal and external reporting and has a pioneering role in the further development and optimization of processes and reporting.
The work includes, among others (for all entities within the group):
- Financial Planning: Developing financial strategies and plans to ensure the long-term financial sustainability of the organization.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare, analyze, monitor and optimize budgets and financial forecasts based on past performance, market trends, and organizational goals.
- Financial Reporting: Generating and analyzing adequate financial reports as well as monthly, quarterly and yearly closure to provide insights into the organization's financial performance to stakeholders such as executives, board members, and investors.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitoring cash flow to ensure that the organization has enough liquidity to meet its financial obligations and fund its operations.
- Risk Management: Identifying and assessing financial risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them, such as through insurance, hedging, or diversification.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards, as well as overseeing audits and tax filings for Dutch and foreign entity/ entities.
- Strategic Financial Analysis: Conducting financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, such as evaluating investment opportunities or assessing the financial impact of business initiatives. Being sparring partner and proactive advisor to the CEO and Management Team.
- Point of contact for externally involved parties such as accountants, bank, RvO, etc.
- Hands-on contribution to the Team Activities.;
Reporting
The Finance Manager reports to the CEO
Knowledge and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance is preferred (accounting, business administration or related)
- Minimum or 7 years overall experience in finance, accounting and/or controlling
- Aware of Dutch and International accounting rules and international payroll regulations (preferably IFRS experience)
- Strong accounting background and adequate experience in performing and reviewing financial processes and analyzes.
- Proven track record in AO / IC and planning & control, developing organization/processes in a complex and dynamic organization
- Preferably experience in a high-tech production environment
- Experience of working for an organization with multiple international entities
- Advanced knowledge of relevant (financial) software applications (Microsoft Office, Business Central)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch
Availability
This is a job for 32- 40 hours per week.
