Alfa Romeo Sauber F1 Team installs 3rd MetalFAB1 system and extends technology partnership with Additive Industries

At the start of the Formula 1 race event in Austin, Texas, Alfa Romeo Sauber F1 Team and Additive Industries have announced to extend their 3-year Technology Partnership to 5 years. Recently the Alfa Romeo Sauber F1 Team has taken delivery of its third MetalFAB1 system within a year and expanded its 2nd system with an additional build chamber or Additive Manufacturing Core to expand the productivity. Please read the full press release below:

Dutch Prime Minister opens new Additive Industries factory

Dutch Prime Minister, Mr. Mark Rutte, has opened the brand new factory of Additive Industries in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. After speeches by the two founders of Additive Industries, Jonas Wintermans and Daan Kersten, Mark Rutte unveiled the spacious, clean and open factory space of the fast growing manufacturer of industrial 3D metal printing equipment. Please read the full press release below:

Additive Industries appoints Laser Lines agent for UK and Ireland

At the opening of the TCT 2018 Exhibition & Conference on 3D Printing held at the NEC in Birmingham (from September 25th – 27th), Additive Industries has announced a partnership with Laser Lines Ltd, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of 3D printers, Additive Manufacturing systems, 3D scanning equipment, lasers and accessories, to accelerate its presence in the UK and Ireland. The appointment of Laser Lines as agent follows the recent announcement by Additive Industries of the expansion of its Process & Application Development network with a Center in the UK. Both companies have teamed up to accelerate the maturing UK & Ireland market for industrial metal additive manufacturing systems. Please read the full press release below:

Additive Industries and LPW sign partnership agreement

At the Farnborough International Airshow in London, LPW Technology and Additive Industries today confirmed their collaboration on integrated industrial additive manufacturing of metal parts for high-end applications like aerospace. LPW Technology CEO Dr. Phil Carroll and Jan-Cees Santema, Additive Industries’ Sales Director Europe signed a commercial agreement for Additive Industries to offer the powder management solutions of LPW as an integral part of the MetalFAB1 systems and supporting Additive World Platform. Jan-Cees Santema joins Additive Industries Management Team

In order to accelerate its growth to a Top 3 position as the productivity leader in metal additive manufacturing, Additive Industries announces another seasoned executive to join the Management Team of the Dutch manufacturer of 3D metal printing systems. As of June 1st, Jan-Cees Santema will be responsible for Sales in Europe and expand the team both working from the Additive Industries headquarters in The Netherlands and locally in the most important regional markets. Jan-Cees Santema will bring his experiences in international marketing & sales and business development in innovative and disruptive markets to support the acceleration of the growth of Additive Industries.
