Additive Industries expands to UK with local Development Centre

We are expanding our operations for industrial 3D metal printing equipment and software development, sales and service to the United Kingdom and Ireland. In order to work closely on mature applications in aerospace, high performance motorsports, medical implants and high-tech equipment, we will expand our Process & Application Development network with a Centre in the UK. Aidro Hydraulics and Fraunhofer winners of Design for Additive Manufacturing Challenge 2018

Additive Industries’ new factory has 7x more space for growth

Last year, Additive Industries announced its ambition to grow to a Top 3 position in metal additive manufacturing (AM) in 2022. In order to realise this ambition, the company will move its Eindhoven headquarters to a brand new factory close to its current location early April. The new site will consolidate Headquarters, Development and System Assembly & Test Operations, which are currently spread over 2 locations in Eindhoven. Finalists Design Challenge 2018 inspire industrial 3D printing

On February 12, 2018 Additive Industries announced the finalists of Additive World Design for Additive Manufacturing Challenge 2018 in two categories: professional and student designer. From a group of 52 contestants from all over the world across different fields like aeronautics, automotive, medical industry and high-tech, 6 finalists were selected. K3D invests in Dutch industrial 3D metal print network

Additive Industries is proud to announce an acceleration of the partnership with its customer Kaak Group. After ordering a second MetalFAB1 system last year, just 9 months after installation of its first MetalFAB1, they decided to increase its 3D metal printing activities. Through its new founded subsidiary K3D, Kaak will build a network of shared K3D Printing Technology Centers in The Netherlands for different types of applications in aerospace & defence, medical implants, high-tech parts, maritime and food-tech on strategic locations. All K3D Printing Technology Centers will be equipped with MetalFAB1 systems and connected in a distributed manufacturing network through Additive Industries’ Additive World Platform.
