We continue to be open during the COVID-19 virus but differently...

Aaliquet rhoncus quam. Etiam eget dui in enim feugiat ultrices. Donec consequat tempor odio.

We are all experiencing extraordinary times as the COVID-19 or Corona virus sweeps the world. A time that asks for caution, solidarity, collaboration, flexibility and creativity to both follow the various government’s instructions and simultaneously keep our joint businesses running. From last Tuesday, the vast majority of our Eindhoven team has worked from home, following the Dutch Government Health Institute (RIVM) and our Prime-Minister’s advice. Today it has become clear that the  ‘social distancing’ strategy is expanded as all schools and restaurants will close until April 6th while companies continue to be asked to work from home as much as possible. We are also following the advice from local governments in the regions where we have our Global Process & Application Development Centers like North America, UK and Singapore.

We took an immediate action and will continue to take responsibility to put your safety and that of our team first. Therefore, we will continue to work from home where possible and at the office or customer locations only when required and allowed by (local) government, following our customer’s guidelines and with a safe social distance. We are grateful most of our support can be done remotely and therefore is not affected. We have decided not to participate in tradeshows and events until this is considered safe and we moved our own Additive World Conference online (registration now is free, so sign up not to miss it via www.additiveworld.com). If you would like to hear more about our technology in the meantime, we are more than happy to take you through a virtual tour of our MetalFAB1 system via web conference, just let me know in reply to this email.

Since we wanted to let you know as soon as possible that we continue to work hard for you, stay open for support, questions and business, not all detailed plans on how to deal with these changed circumstances are finalised yet but you can count on our sustained service. If we have to change our project planning, system supply and/or on-site support schedules, we will let you know. If you have any questions, reach out to your regular contact at Additive Industries or let us know.

Take care of your family and loved ones. Let’s stay safe!
