We are looking for an Additive Manufacturing Application Engineer to support the Additive Industries’ Process & Application Development team. Together with our customers you will design new products, develop new applications and optimize existing designs for additive manufacturing. You will capitalize on the design freedom additive manufacturing offers and take all aspects of Additive Manufacturing into account. Activities included are among others analysing and translating functional requirements into topologically optimized product designs, simulation and determining the most effective AM build and support strategy and finishing processes. You prepare the products to be manufactured on the industrial MetalFAB1 3D printing system and verify if the product meets the functional, technical and financial requirements of the end user.
