We are actively seeking a dedicated System Tester Operations to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our MetalFABG2 system meets and exceeds customer expectations by aligning and building it to precise specifications.
Our commitment to configurability allows us to create bespoke system builds using trusted and thoroughly tested building blocks. Your responsibilities will include integrating various modules, troubleshooting, qualifying, and taking ownership of resolving issues at both the module and system levels. You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and R&D to find innovative solutions and maintain our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Integrate Modules: Assemble and integrate various modules into a fully functioning system in accordance with precise specifications.
- Testing and Analysis: Conduct thorough tests on modules and the overall system, recording output and analyzing mechanical, optical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and software test results to identify and remedy any issues.
- Troubleshooting: Work collaboratively to troubleshoot and solve problems, with support from colleagues and other departments as needed.
- Documentation: Properly document test results and report any issues, ensuring thorough follow-up and resolution.
- Quality Improvement: Flag and suggest improvements in products, work instructions, and methods to enhance overall quality.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues from Production Engineering, Supply Chain, and Development, providing valuable feedback and focusing on the quality of your work.
- Travel: Be willing to travel up to 10% of the time to support our global operations.

Experience/Skills:
- Experience with high tech systems, particularly hands-on experience with installing and servicing them, is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of control technology and electrical systems is essential.

- Ability to work in a structured, analytical, and process-oriented manner.

Reporting:
As a System Tester Operations, you will report directly to the Manager of Operations.
